This Spiced Chia Pudding Bowl is the ideal recipe for a simple but special breakfast. It is decadent but not overly sweet, and granola adds the perfect crunch to complement the creamy chia pudding. INGREDIENTS
1 cup of almond milk
3 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp of coconut sugar
a splash of vanilla extract
a dash of ground cinnamon, cardamom, and nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix almond milk with chia seeds, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, and all of the spices. Allow to set in the refrigerator to thicken for about at least an hour to achieve the ideal consistency. To serve top with granola and sliced berries, or your desired fruit.
